Vantage Achieves Further Recognition through Best Companies to Work for Lists!

Vantage staff engagement wins places on three Best Companies to Work for Lists!
Only weeks after Vantage has been named a 3 Star, World Class company, the highest possible standard of recognition by Best Companies, it was announced at the Best Companies Live event on 21st May, presented by the BBC’s Dan Walker, that we have achieved the following recognition, based on staff feedback:
The UK’s Best 100 Large Companies to Work For:
Vantage Academy Trust is the 51st Best Large Company to Work for in the UK
Education and Training’s 25 Best Organisations to Work For:
Vantage Academy Trust is now the 7th Best Education and Training Company to Work For in the UK
The North West’s 100 Best Companies to work for:
Vantage Academy Trust is the 37th Best Company of Any Size to Work for in the North West
“We are very proud to have been featured on the regional and national lists of the Best Companies to Work for, which includes such exceptional organisations.
Our staff have been working through the pandemic as key workers and this recognition demonstrates the trust they have in us as employers to support them and protect them through this challenging time.
Schools and academy trusts have comparators, such as Ofsted, but there is very little out there to compare us as employers and how we measure up in ensuring we are doing a good job for our staff. We are so proud to be within the top ten best Education and Training Companies in the UK, as well as in the top 40 firms to work for in the North West.”
