Professional Development
Pupil Support Pathway
We encourage all staff to develop in their own journeys, both as a learner and a colleague. Our professional development pathways set out how staff can progress from their starting points within the Trust, to their desired level of expertise.
Our pupil support pathway outlines how Teaching Assistants can develop from Level 1 through to HLTA, guiding them through the core elements of each step, as well as enhanced development opportunities within each stage.
Teacher to Leader Pathway
Our staff are ambitious for themselves and their pupils and they understand the importance of prioritising their own learning journeys.
We use our teacher to leadership pathway as a guide for all staff who are looking to enhance their impact in school, as an experienced and then a specialist practitioner. Guidance is provided by expert staff at every level, to encourage progress and foster talent.
System Leader Pathway_
Our system leadership pathway highlights the routes for all staff across the trust to become a leader within their school and to move beyond this learning environment to lead departments within the trust.
Our career progression model is transparent and equitable; as such, it highlights how members of staff within any department can move through their career journey to become the leader of the whole trust, as CEO.
